2. Description of Service

PetAmberAlert.com provides a lost pet recovery service that includes phone alerts, fax alerts, social media notifications, and lost pet poster distribution to neighbors, animal shelters, veterinarians, hospitals, and pet stores in the area where a pet was reported missing.

3. Registration and Account

To use certain features of the Service, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that PetAmberAlert.com incurs immediate costs upon activation of your alert, including but not limited to phone calls, fax transmissions, poster design and distribution, and database queries. Due to the immediate nature of these costs, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once an alert has been activated.

5. Subscription Services

Certain services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions must be cancelled online through your Pet Recovery Members Area account. You may also contact us at 1-877-875-7387 EXT 2 for cancellation assistance. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit false or misleading information about a lost pet
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on PetAmberAlert.com are owned by or licensed to PetAmberAlert.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PetAmberAlert.com does not guarantee that any lost pet will be found or recovered. While we maintain a high success rate, results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetAmberAlert.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications to Terms

PetAmberAlert.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
