You may send or submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information to Pet Amber Alert through this Site provided that the content, does not infringe on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

- is not obscene, pornographic or otherwise contrary to the laws of Canada;

- While the goal of Pet Amber Alert is to help locate your pet through creating public awareness,
- Pet Amber Alert does not guarantee the safe return of your pet.
- Pet Amber Alert processes orders nonstop 24 hours a day / 7 days a week( Even at 4 A.M. ) and if my pet is found before the Pet Amber Alert confirmation email goes out I will not receive a refund due to the fact that Pet Amber Alert has already incurred charges during their automated processing.
- As a Neighborhood Watch Member you acknowledge that if you do not want to receive alerts, you will inform Pet Amber Alert so that your information can be removed from our broadcasting registry.
- Pet Amber Alert does not guarantee that every agency / business in your area will receive your alert nor that they will take action or become actively involved in the search for your pet.
- Pet Amber Alert will not issue refunds simply because of lack of involvement in the program by your community/community members.
- Pet Amber Alert will delete Missing and Found Pet Alerts from the online communities Pet Amber Alert posted to after 120 days but keep the found testimonials for reference purposes.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediate costs that PetAmberAlert incurs to provide this very precise and expedient service, there are NO REFUNDS. Any additional or add-on service Paypal subscriptions must be canceled online via the automated process. Phone and email requests will not be honored.
